IAN DARBY
As a 16 year old poverty stricken teen, Ian was forced to survive and fend for himself on a low income job in police station barracks working with kids. At age 17 Darby enrolled in The University of The West Indies. Due to financial difficulties, he could not afford tuition, so enlisted in the army at age 19. In 2012 Darby represented Jamaica, retiring in 2014 Undefeated Amateur Champion of Jamaica. athletes Usain Bolt, Asafa Powell and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce broke world records training at the same school Ian attended.
Like the charismatic athletes the world falls in love with at Olympic games, Ian Darby is a new “made for media” Jamaican super-athlete, ready to sell virtually any product. Outside of the ring, Ian mentors and trains amateurs for the Jamaican military and coaches children for the Lennox Lewis League of Champions Youth Camp in Jamaica. His faith , philanthropic aspirations and aim to bring 3 world titles home to Jamaica within 3 years drive him to win.

Willie also scouted, mentored and trained of Ian Darby, Jamaica's #1 Light Heavyweight Champion. Trainer: 2x world champion Terri Moss in Atlanta, GA.
